MoonPack

Appearence: Generally very dark coloration, with thick, shaggy fur. Their eyes tend to be a much brighter color that stands out. They are the 2nd largest of the wolf packs, standing at 4ft at the shoulder, and roughly 5ft long, not including the tail. They are thick and heavy set, with most of their muscle in their chest and forelegs.

Temperament: MoonPack wolves are generally very sly and secretive. They can be viewed as sinister, though this is not always the case. They don't often speak, preferring to listen, watch, and evaluate. They are tactical and use sneak attacks and carefully planned strategy during skirmishes. They are loyal to their pack, and would risk their necks for them, if not in obvious ways.

Powers: Their powers tend to deal with concealment and deceit. The most common being mind reading and near invisibility.

SkyPack

Appearance: These are the smallest wolves, being around 2ft at the shoulder, and 3ft long, not including the tail. They are long and lithe, with long legs. They have short fur, and are often colored lightly. They tend to be very long and thin, built for speed and agility, not strength.

Temperament: The wolves in SkyPack tend to be carefree and bold. They are often very smooth, with quick wit and sharp tongue. They are easygoing and devil-may-care. They tend to use a small amount of strategy in battles, but-should they need to stray from the plan-they will not hesitate to change.

Powers: SkyPack wolves tend to have powers elated to flight and the sky. The most common being wings.

FaunaPack

Appearance: The third largest, and the middle height. They tend to be around 3ft tall at the shoulder, and 4ft long, not including the tail. They are middle-set, not leaning too far towards heavy set or lithe, but set in the middle. They are often colored with earth tones, and strange highlights are not at all uncommon. Their fur is middle height, built for both running and strength, they are well-balanced.

Temperament: Usually very kind and caring wolves, they are level-headed and logical. They tend to have logical and well-thought strategies, as well as being ready for whatever comes their way. They are not easily surprised, but it comes as a huge shock when they are. They are one of the most knowledgeable of the wolves, particularly when it comes to the world around them and their history.

Powers: The FaunaPack wolves often have powers connecting to the world around them, dealing with the flora or fauna. A few more commons ones is a hybrid cross with another animal, the ability to make plants grow, or the ability to communicate with animals.

HydroPack

Appearance: These wolves are the second smallest of the batch, being roughly 2 1/2 ft tall at the shoulder, and 3 1/2 ft long. They are long and lithe, with the majority of their muscle situated in their legs for swimming. They have short, thin fur to reduce drag. Their toes are more spread out, with heavily webbed paws. There is often a layer of scales underneath their fur, whether visible or not.

Temperament: Surprise is not a vocabulary word for these wolves. They have plans in place for everything, and will react according to whatever it is. They are never at a loss for words, and don't care how the world around them changes, as they can as well. Change is not a bad thing to them, and they will change easily to anything. In a few words: They go with the flow.

Powers: Their powers revolve around water in any form. The more common ones are gills or massive lungs, or some sort of hybrid with a fish.

IcePack

Appearance: IcePack wolves are the largest by far, standing 5ft at the shoulder, and 6ft long, not including the tail. Their fur is thicker and longer than everyone else's. It is often a lighter color to better blend in with the snow. They're heavyset and powerful, with their forelegs containing most of the muscle mass for better ability to claw through snow and ice and up the mountains where they live. Their claws are much longer, and are often slightly serrated.

Temperament: These wolves are the harshest, using brute strength and intimidation for the most part. They are cunning and know how to use the land to their advantage. They are fiercely loyal, matched only by their ferocity in battles. They rarely use tact, preferring to bully their way through problems. They are caring to others in their pack, and a wolf who is capable of tact at the head of this pack would be formidable.

Powers: Their powers deal with cold, ice, and snow. The more common ones are freezing breath and the ability to make hte air directly near them solidify into ice.

Pack Ranks

High Ranks:

Alpha: The alpha of the pack is the leader. He is the main one in control and sets the laws of his pack. They are not required to hunt with the pack, but most normally do. They demand respect and are in the position to exile, banish, or even kill those who do not show it. Though it is rare, this position can be challenged and if the challenger wins the fight than the challenger, being the new alpha, can do what he/she pleases with the previous leaders. This does not normally happen because it would result in a huge change within the pack.

Beta: The Beta is the second in command and enforces the law when the current alpha is not present. If both of the alpha die than the beta(s) take the alpha position and lead the pack, unless the alpha has said otherwise. This position cannot be challenged without the alpha approval.

Lead Shaman: The lead shaman has the closest connection to their founder, and lead the shamans in healing and spiritual connections. They are often the oldest, or the most experienced.

Shaman: Shamans heal the pack when they need to be healed, and interpret any signs left behind by their founders. They are the wolves that keep the pack connected to their past, and tend to know the most about the history of the pack. They know all the ways to heal wolves, and it is a difficult position to gain. Most of time it is a family line in addition to needing to show extensive interest as a pup.

Sentinel: There are four sentinels, two mated pairs, in the pack. Each pair is specially chosen by the alphas and betas. The alphas and betas train the sentinels to take their places if anything should happen to them. The sentinels, since becoming one can start as early as one year, don't usually have authority over the pack unless the alpha or beta have publicly given it to them. They are respected though. Messing with a sentinel is messing with the alphas and betas themselves. This rank cannot be challenged whatsoever.

Elders: The elders of the pack are seven years and older. They are filled with wisdom and renowned strength. They are the ones that the alphas normally go to for advice. If they are wise, the elders are the only ones to whom the alphas may submit themselves to. The are respected as much as the alphas by the entire pack.

Assassin: This position is given only to a Changer. Assassin is the most fitting name for this rank because it is self-explanatory. They are also spies for the pack. There can be a total of only three assassins in each pack.

Low Ranks:

The lower ranked of the pack respect the higher ranked wolves and will ultimately submit themselves to the alphas and betas.

Lead Warrior: The lead warrior takes his/her orders directly from the alpha, and sometimes the beta. They are the main leader, general, or captain of the warriors in the pack. There is only one.

Warrior: The amount of warriors depends on the size of the pack. For a small pack there can be up to 5 and for a much larger pack there can be up 15. They are the guardians and protectors of the pack. The warriors will roam the pack lands ensuring it's safety. They are the ones that will keep watch at night. The warriors must be quick to think and remain calm in any given situation.

Lead Hunter: The lead hunter is the one who leads the hunts. There is only one lead hunter. Whoever becomes a hunter must be quick to think as well.

Hunters: Like the warriors the amount of hunters depend on the size of the pack. Every member of the pack hunts, but these are the main hunters.

Pups[/u] I'm pretty sure that this is self-explanatory.
